And how big is the impact of the existence of the Laimena Ring Road on the economic growth of the community around the Laimena ring road. This study applies quantitative and qualitative research types with research variables, namely population growth (X1), accessibility (X2), land value (X3), facilities and infrastructure (X4) and changes in land use (Y), Data were collected through field observations, interviews. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistical application, and descriptive analysis to determine the impact of the existence of the Laimena Ring Road on the economic growth of the community around the Laimena Ring Road.
