Analysis of changes in the utilization of green open space in Mandai District, Maros Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what causes changes
in the use of Green Open Space (RTH) in Mandai District, Maros
Regency and to find out how to control changes in the use of Green
Open Space (RTH) in Mandai District. The variables used consist of
six variables, namely; Topography, Population, Land Value,
Accessibility, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Land Carrying
Capacity;. The analytical method used is chi-square analysis.
Furthermore, it describes efforts to control changes in the use of green
open space (RTH) in Mandai District, Maros Regency using
descriptive analysis methods. The variable that has a moderate
influence on changes in the use of green open space (RTH) in Mandai
sub-district, Maros regency, is the population variable so that efforts
to control changes in the use of green open space (RTH) are equitable
development, service to the community so that there is no explosion and
excessive population mobility. Minister of Public Works Regulation
