Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of land function changes, identify the influence of the existence of the Palopo industrial area (KIPA) on land function changes, and formulate land function directions in Maroangin Village, Telluwanua District, Palopo City. The location of the study is in Maroangin Village, Telluwanua District, Palopo City. The method used in this study is through qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study uses overlay analysis to see the extent of land changes that occur, chi-square analysis to see the influence of the existence of the Palopo Industrial Area, and qualitative descriptive analysis for land function directions.
