Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the load capacity of traditional crossing transportation on the Jeneberang River and to formulate steps that can be taken to improve the performance and safety of the transportation. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with survey methods, field documentation, and literature studies. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation, interviews with operators and users of transportation, and collection of documents related to the operation of crossing transportation. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out by testing the relationship between several factors such as safety, comfort, convenience, and security on the impact of load capacity.
