Abstract

The availability of waste infrastructure in Rantepao District is very important to overcome the waste problem, therefore, in this study it will be discussed and analyzed regarding the availability of waste infrastructure in Rantepao District. This analysis will be useful to adjust the availability of waste infrastructure with the amount of waste generated for an estimated time of up to ten (20) years in the future. In this case, based on the results of the analysis of Rantepao District in 2043 which has a population of 33,538 people, it shows the assumption that the projected waste in 2043 is around 94.2 tons. It can also be noted that the need for waste management facilities and infrastructure in 2043 is predicted to be 19 units in the form of TPS and 8 units of transport vehicles to meet the availability of waste infrastructure to overcome the waste problem in Rantepao District.
