Penerapan Konsep Pendekatan Arsitektur Biophilik pada Pusat Kebugaran dan Kesehatan di Kota Makassar
Abstract
This article discusses the application of biophilic concepts in fitness and wellness center design, which aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of users. The biophilic concept integrates natural elements into the built environment, creating an atmosphere that supports health and well-being. The study explores the benefits of a biophilic approach, including improved air quality, reduced stress, and improved mood. Through case studies and literature analysis, this article shows how the application of biophilic principles in gym design can have a positive impact on users and the surrounding environment.
