Penerapan Green Arsitektur Pada Hotel Resort Di Kawasan Wisata Pantai Tanjung Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

The tourist attraction on Tanjung Bira Bulukumba beach is the location of a tourist attraction. For this reason, lodging, resort hotels and facilities that support tourism activities are needed. One of the attractions on Tanjung Bira beach is the white sand beach and resorts in the area. A resort hotel design has an environmentally friendly and comfortable design with a green architectural approach, so that tourists who visit this resort hotel are more interested and comfortable. Therefore, in designing this resort hotel, the concept of green architecture is applied. Green architecture is a development planning approach that aims to minimize damage to nature and the environment. Some important points are minimizing consumption of natural resources, energy efficiency, wise and sustainable use of water, and non-polluting and recycled materials. The basic qualifications include sustainable development, water conservation, increased energy efficiency, and renewable building materials. Then for the laying of buildings, appropriate site conditions are needed so that new benefits can emerge for the surrounding site. The research method used is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods analyze more by adjusting the data obtained, both primary, secondary, and literature studies. As a building that has a green architecture concept, the shape of the building is made by taking into account environmental conditions in accordance with the characteristics and principles of green architecture.
